Keys to combining GATT with cataract surgery

This video demonstrates how a single, angled paracentesis incision can be used in select cases to safely and efficiently perform the steps required for both cataract and GATT surgery. This may be utilized when the desired feed path is on the same side where the paracentesis would normally reside.

This video illustrates the potential need for additional paracenteses. In this case, the inability to feed in the desired direction (due to an angled collector channel) necessitates creation of an additional third paracentesis to successfully pass the illuminated microcatheter.
